1 General Terms

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. tbji will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access unless it is directly caused by a fault in our own systems.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

Tbji supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The table below summarises the key conditions for deposits and withdrawals.

• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the one used for deposits
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts
• Tbji reserves the right to hold and investigate any suspicious transactions
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance — wagering requirements must be completed first
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Tbji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bonuses. Any attempt to abuse tbji bonuses will result in account termination.

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the offer page
• Each user may use a specific bonus offer only once
• Bets placed with bonus balance must generally have minimum odds of 1.5 or higher
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited
• Tbji reserves the right to void bonuses if unusual betting patterns are detected
• Every bonus offer has an expiry date – any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires

5 Betting Rules

All betting rules on tbji are detailed below. Following these rules is essential to ensure a fair and enjoyable betting experience.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled; however, tbji may offer a cash-out option in certain circumstances
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted once a match has kicked off
• Live betting on an event will be suspended until the score or result is confirmed
• If an event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be refunded
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, tbji will decide whether a refund is applicable
• The maximum stake for a single bet must remain within the limits set by tbji
• Tbji reserves the right to void bets if arbitrage betting or risk-free betting strategies are detected

Odds in live betting change rapidly. tbji is not responsible for odds fluctuations during live betting. tbji is also not liable if a bet fails due to issues with the user's own device or internet connection.

6 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break — anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days

• If evidence of money laundering or suspicious financial activity is found
